Ever since the Putin-youth used a flying dick to try to disrupt a speech by the former chess wold champion, and outspoken Putin critic Gary Kasparov, male genitalia have played a vital role in political discourse in Russia.
In the latest prank, a Putin-youth group placed this erm... thing on the car of the Kremlin critical couple Romanovskaya and Bobrovsky (twitter: @KERMLINRUSSIA). While they waited for a tow truck to get it removed, a passer by already offered to buy it from them. Saying it could be the centerpiece of his collection of penii.
