Panhard Dynamic - this one in limousine trim. This one also has only two wipers - some of the later ones have three(!).

A mod presumably embiggened it. They can do that, you know. GameCat does it most often, so I've called him in the past the Oppo Picture Fluffer.

Nope, except that sometimes a big image in a reply that gets shared goes super-big for no reason. There is an algorithm that supposedly enlarges pics when they have a certain number of recommends including from mods, but nobody's quite sure how it works.
