The cars your buddies drive, what is your favorite? Pictures are welcome. As for me, its my buddies 1991 Nissan D21 pickup. Its totally stock, suspension is shot, but its a great truck. Its a 217,000 right now and going strong. Gonna be buying it soon. What about you guys?

Sad thing is, I don't really have any friends near me.
Do neighbors count (even though I don't talk to them much?)

Sure! Neighbors are great! One of mine has a Pontiac G8 and a Shelby Supersnake. And hes a very nice guy.

I organized a road trip with some friends through Tuscany a few years ago. A friend of mine called me the day before and told me that he would be bringing his new toy. Here it is, shot from my rear view mirror. The utter bastard.

They all drive crown vics and marauders for the most part so it gets kind of redundant

Hey, at least you've seen an F40. I've been looking for 15 years and have never seen on anywhere but online and TV.

None of them. They all have terrible taste in cars. :P

No hidden gems huh?

Daewoo Leganza, Skoda Octavia 1.9 TDI, Fiat Marea Weekend, riced out mk 6 Celica, MG ZT, Renault Twingo, Fiat Uno. Nope, no gems.

I'm American. They all sound like gems. Except the Daewoo. Screw Daewoo. The rest sound great though because I've never ever seen on for real.

Toss up between one friend's BMW 2002 and my other's Nissan Frontier Nismo pickup. Guess it depends on your mood, or if you need to move a body.
![]() 02/06/2014 at 05:16 |

The answer is always Frontier.

A friend of mine owns a 1984 Saab 90, totally stock, mint one owner. Probably one of my favourite Saab-models, essentially a 99 front end with a 900 2-door sedan rear end.

I've been lucky enough to have plenty of access to it in recent times.

Does a friends dad count? If so, this Austin 7 Supercharged is definitely my favourite. If not, my friends '89 Dodge Raider is the best. Well, was the best....she currently lies dormant, with a cracked head...
That thing was so damn cool

Back in high school, my best friend's dad had a '70 Cuda, 440/4-speed (originally a Six-Pack but that got swapped for a single carb, because back then it was just an old purple Cuda and not a 6-figure museum piece, and nobody local could figure out the three carbs). Pistol grip shifter, Rim-Blo horn, white vinyl interior, Plum Crazy. That thing was a beast. Quite a change from my dad's Pinto.

That was really easy (I drive the Crossfire, incase anyone doesn't know that by now).
Close second would be a 9-3 Aero, but I'm not a fan of practicality.

I'm fairly young, but one of my friends works for Bergstrom and drives a 335i in pearl white. Its very nice and makes whooshing sounds.

Well if I go based off of good memories, it's my cousins '08 F-150, for the simple reason that we've used it on many fun trips towing jetski's, boats, camping gear, etc.
Purely car-wise, I'd have to say my friends have severely unremarkable cars.... Or just cars I don't like. That others may still consider interesting.

I can completely agree with this! My friends have 2002 Chrysler LHS, 1999 Honda accord that of course has an air intake and fart can oh and of course plastidipped hubcaps, 1994 Honda Civic with air intake and fart can, 2007 Honda civic stock, 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis, 1994 Plymouth Voyager, and the only one I even remotely like is a 1998 Ford Ranger in white with a cap. Overall they are all bleh

My buddy used to own a Lightning, apart from that there isn't really anything if want to drive over my cars.

Not a friend, but my brother's A6 3.0"t" is my favorite among those close to me:

It isn't much compared to some, but my best friend has a big, beautiful Acura RL 3.5. It's the plushest, boatiest modern car I've ridden in and I love it.

My buddy has a RHD JDM Toyota HJZ80 LandCruiser with 1HD-T 4.2 turbo diesel that is pretty sweet....

Not to be a dick, but I have the best one. one has a 2001 cavalier in white, and one has an 04 altima in green. The other doesn't even have or want a license. I have a 08 subaru impreza hatch. Obvious winner is obvious.
![]() 02/06/2014 at 17:41 |

I guess I can make an exception for a Subaru. But just this once. You hear?

![]() 02/06/2014 at 17:42 |

Obviously not. You drive a crossfire. :P Although that was one of my favorite cars as a kid.

Haha the Raider, my friend fortunately doesn't have a cracked head
