Our project sponsor was a double amputee. Who used to teach gardening lessons on her acreage. She wanted a wheelchair that would enable her to get down to ground level so she could work with her hands again. It also had to be offroad capable so she wouldn't get stuck. Finally, it was also able to level the seat position so she could navigate slopes without the potential of falling out of her chair.
The buckets are to carry tools/produce.
