Cons #1 in Bloated Software
- Resource Hog
Sketchy heuteristics and detection algorithims
easily compromised, etc
Avast though a bit unwieldily at times is a good free one that does an above average job w/ safe browsing habits (a given)
If I'm shelling out moola for my machine F-Secure or my preference Nod32 - absolute joy of a program to run funnily enough
