Thanks to the Opponaut who had the idea to give away Hot Wheels to any kids that show up for cars and coffee. I mentioned it to the guy who organizes our local group (Tulsa Caffeine and Gasoline), and we're going to start doing this as well.

Great way to foster the growth of future gearheads!

At the last Glenmoor Gathering in Canton OH, a fellow who brought a Countach was handing out Matchbox and Hot Wheels Lambos to the kids. He had a big pile of them in the passenger-side footwell. I thought it was awesome.

Yesssss. I'm from California. Went to my first Cars and Coffee during Winter Break last year. I'm glad there's one in Tulsa so I can get my monthly dose of cars.
