I just love everything about it. The wheels, the chrome trim, the long sloping trunk with the spare tire well awkwardly underneath, the mud flaps, the total lack of front overhang. It's just so damn functional. But beautiful, and quietly proud. And now I wanna take mine out, park her in the rain and take some black and white shots.

Well this is a '68 144, and the review was of a '93 240, so no. There wasn't. Also, what on earth are you doing on oppo if you're going to call an old Volvo a turd? Especially when the author of the post owns one...

Drool....

Been looking for a decent 142/145 for a while now. (sorry, not as much a fan of the 144). And I'm partial to the newer grills that came in '71 (I think), but those older ones are still cool too.

I love the whole range :p Ever since I bought my 144. I like the newer grille too, which came out in '69, I know that because mine has one haha
