It's great being stupid, because the amount of stuff you can learn on a daily basis is unbelievable.
From the February 1-2 weekend's edition of Car Talk.

I listened this week too. I love that quote.
Car Talk is just the best. Hardigree should get Click and Clack on to do a Q&A.

I don't think I could handle that. I don't usually fall over myself to ask questions for a Q&A, but this one would be a major exception.

I called into Car Talk once and had a question of mine recorded. It was a hoot. I had a wheel that squeaked and I couldn't figure out why. They said it may be like a nut loose or something.
So I called and we got to talking about a the places I've driven my car, one being the Tail of the Dragon. And it was a little Ford Focus sedan from 05. Tom quipped that the squeaky nut in my wheel wasn't the only nut in my car. I laughed. And they laughed.
I realized Car Talk is basically 50% laughter on the part of the hosts. I do love it so.

I thought they had retired and were only rehashing old calls. Are they still taking new calls?

No, it's old shows. It's still the best thing to listen to on radio these days, though.

Well that's true. I stopped listening to radio about the same time they retired. Coincidence?

Makes sense. The old shows are still great at least.
