Pick a Part lots? I need to score a few parts for my S2000, and I is broke. So, I need to save a few bucks and this seems like a good way. What's around the Springfield area? Give or take 40-50 miles.

Check out east coast auto source... I've never been but I've seen a lot of their cars advertised online and they have a huuuuuge selection. I want to buy some headlights from them so I hope they part out.

My go to Indy shop for my BMW is in Springfield haha.

Also, if you ever want to sell the s2000 lemme know.. Although most owners don't want to haha.

Stafford and Fredricksburg seem to be the closest ones...

You're beckoning north VA people with a photo of Mid Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington

You're reading it wrong... I was using the siren song the S2k. Wherever you find them, they just call out to you.

That's what I was thinking, I was just checking to see if anyone here had any other local sources.

50 grand and it's yours. But in the meantime, I will have to check east coast.

I remember when I was going to buy a CL W124, the seller was telling me about really good junk yards in MD and WV. I don't remember where, though. Besides, WV is a hike.

The DC area isn't exactly a hotbed of people who work on their cars (let alone take care of them). I would be surprised to find anything in the NoVa area, but it's not worth going farther than F-burg for a few parts.

Sad but true.... I just held out hope that all these rich idiots around here would leave nice condition vehicle corpses behind.

Exactly! Like the girl who sat behind me in a high school math class who couldn't decide whether to have daddy buy her an A4 or E-class (even though her sister got a 3 series convertible!)

You can always pick out the student fromt the teacher lots around here. The teachers all have beaters, and rarely is there a car older than 2 years, or costing less that 35k in the student lot.
