I can't tell if its synthed (never can with BMW now days) but when you put it into sport mode and get the rpm needle working , it sounds pretty decent - it's the typical BMW noise, but refined and smoothed out.

It's a pretty linear takeoff so I wouldn't say boosted, but it picks up quick for sure.

I don't know what's up with kinja, but the front washes out quicker than I would like, good steering feel in sport mode but noticeably synthesized, no power needed, it's got at least 25 more hp than advertised.
