The front had very round headlights, the lower bumper peaked upwards towards the grille, the grille itself was rounded kidney bean shape. And I think the only body seem anywhere was around the doors.

Or just a whole fiberglass bed.

Looks like some blend between a Corvette, an 80's Caprice and a gen. 1 S10.
WTF indeed.

Looks like that could be some sort of after market kit?

Hey, the mid-engine Corvette is a truck for real!

Looks like it's a custom Bondo or fiberglass job.

Oh my. Look, it's a stepside too!
This reminds me of my old g/f's grandfather, Celadon Mondragon. Dude was a union-organizing, calloused-handed, leathery-skinned old-school Mexican American and he didn't really have time for this garbage. Drove an old beatass Ford and he would often say if you pulled up in your well-used pickup that "I like to see a truck with dents and rust and a scratched up cargo box—it means you're
using it.
"

Yeah, I'm normally a "Drive and let drive" type of guy, but that?

My best guess is it started as a box Caprice. But then someone got a little (okay, a lot) carried away with fiberglass.

I thought it was one of thes e kits, but the shape's wrong. Oh, there's some guy up near Marion Virginia who specializes in taking innocent 80's Thunderbirds into some alternate universe variant Edsels or something. Fiberglass: use proper ventilation.

Was Will.i.am involved somewhere?
