Looks like a Mog 406/416 series, though they don't mention it in the article. Not a surprise it's no longer 4WD, I guess, though the portal axle could have been flipped for almost as attractive results. One of the comments there referred to this, the Eezion Camel:
Same setup more or less with a IIA 109 Rover.

You'd have thought they'd flip the portal axle for better ground access, but you'd be wrong - it's a FWD-only. The rear axle is some kind of linked control arm de Dion (?) french-looking wackiness - no drive at all.
