Tried to use my best GIS brain to locate this. Closest I could get was 395 with that street being Braddock, Van Dorn, Seminary, something. Construction at Landmark? Couldn't be Arlington. Well, maybe could be. The Seven Towers-like highrise on the horizon was maddening because there's only about 900 of them per square mile in that hood.
