I felt the programme should have had a closing statement on how the three cars performed over the duration, instead of some of the inane filler scenes in pt 2. Then again it's Top Gear, so I shouldn't expect any less. Also; I would've gone through hell and high water to bring that Lotus home. Who else went straight on Autotrader?

I was actually really happy that that the TG crew did little to modify the Lotus, unlike the cars they took to India.

I've wanted one since NFS II, so I'm happy (really happy) that it performed much better than anticipated, and yes, I did go right on AutoTrader/eBay Motors to see what the going rate for one of these are..

Bolivia special: "I've simply mended it."

Ahh yes, another one of my favourites. Loved the Bolivia special for the same reason as I loved the Argentina one - the awesome scenery.

Why? There were no secrets revealed.

I made a point of not putting in anything revealing. The abandonment of the vehicles was well documented on news networks and on Jaloppositelock before the program aired. All the same; Sorry if I spoilt it a bit.

Now I have all the want for an Esprit V8 or a 928....

I'm disappointed they didn't get pulled over and then get out of a ticket by letting the cop sit in it. Then go fishing with the cop while their mom bought a camera.

Yeah, but the Mustang lets you fill the carb with rocks and keep driving!
