I'm talking a certain thing (e.g. headlights, taillights, grille, etc.) that have an iconic shape/design to them.
For example, the early 200o's Mercedes-Benz headlights, the double-yolk design. Whenever I see these headlights, I know it's a Merc. Also, I know these headlights could mean something that's absolutely batshit insane, like the AMGs and the SLR McLaren.
What's a piece of automotive design that's iconic?

I hate those lights for some reason, and I am not sure they are really iconic since M-B have had all kinds of light designs through the years

The V8 engine. Sure, form follows function here, but the 90 degree V8, has a style all its own.

That engine pictured by itself, is that specifically a racing engine?
I ask because of the exhaust manifold, obviously, and its near lack-thereof.

The top one? That is a Ferrari 355 motor, from what Google says. I think the exhaust manifold just isn't bolted up.

It has been around in one form or another for over 100 years, and has become probably the most recognizable design feature of them all, together with the famous grille.

One last one - the nose of the 250 GTO. The most unique part of this iconic car:
