!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
It was posted at 2am. However, the ad is grammatically correct.
I emailed the guy and asked him to meet me at COTA. If he's real, I might be interested in a 911.

Did a reverse GIS and the same image was used on this ad on TheSamba:
http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds…
The ad was pulled and the user was banned, so I'm assuming it's a scam.
The user also joined the site just minutes before the ad was posted.
Edit: user is also classified as a scammer on the profile.

COTA is far enough out of town, it's REALLY dark out there if the lights are off.

Could be a scam.
The asphalt in the photo looks a lot like that of a Lamborghini Dealership or an exotic dealership. Including the walls.

I wasn't aware that Lamborghini dealerships had a special asphalt mix specified. If you buy an existing building and want to turn it into a Lamborghini dealership, do you have to tear out all the asphalt and re-pour it?

I don't know. The black asphalt is much more aesthetically pleasing. If you Google Lamborghini Houston you'll see a photo off to the right and see what I'm talking about. The craigslist ad looks wayyyyy to much like dealership photos.
