climb out through the hatch once it's in. My wife had to do that to our 944 once when we borrowed a trailer to tow it into a mechanic. It had siderails that would not let the doors open so she climbed out through the hatch window.

okay they drive it into the Hiace van , but how will they get out when in ?

I'm guessing it was wither winched in or the driver crawled out through the rear hatch.
