The speshul FXx channel has been playing the old "back when The Simpsons were funny" episodes. I suggest viewing.

My only problem is that they're cropped to hell and back. Really puts a damper on it for me. I don't give a damn if an episode produced in 1989 or 2003 doesn't fill my whole screen. I can live it, really!
