Could also mean the exhaust manifold is on fire from constant oil leakage.
...let's be honest, it doesn't mean anything else but that.

I think the Macan is pretty cool looking. A GTS model could make it really entertaining.

Is the Cavalier the American equivalent for the Civic? For ricers at least.

Cavalier guy needs to hood up with that Nissan 240 guy someone posted last night so they can compare flames and power features.

It's redneck rice. This one was driven by Hispanic looking guys.

I didn't realize what it was until I looked again. Looks like a shrink rayed cayenne.

I've seen so many in my area. There's this lime green one with an Integra front clip, Huge rear wing, and of course, flames.

I'm pretty sure flames are mandatory.

Those Cavaliers and Cobalts are basically disposables now. He spent more on the wing, stereo and flame stickers than the car. Probably his first POS rig - maybe cut him some slack. That Macan is very nice - more and more it appears to be a fabulous combination of price, usability, style and performance. I like the rear lines better than any 2015 Porsche at this point. Somebody needs to do to suspension drop/chip set mod package pronto.

I think it's silly (the wing and flames) but if it makes him happy more power to him. I think anybody should be able to do what they want to their cars as long as it doesn't endanger others.
The Porsche looks great. I didn't realize what it was at first. I would totally drive one
