I can't really work out if this was originally a Corcel II or a Del Rëy...

It's either a Ford Corcel II (1st picture) or a Ford Del Rëy (2nd pic). I'm betting on the Del Rëy

Me neither. But technically the Del Rëy is just a face lifted Corcel II. So I don't really bother differentiating them.
Also. Corcellcat sounds better than Del Hëllcat or Hell Rëy.

Hey, Hell Rëy sounds like a metal band name! It even has an umlaut!

Ahahahah. Awesome artwork!
I have a list of potential Jalop band names. I'll add that!
If it was Black Metal it could be Höllkater

Do they actually sell those as kits, or is this some homemade fiberglass?

I never saw this kit in our streets, and it's way to angular to be something profesional... I bet it's homemade
