Don't worry it's none of that tradisjonell Christmas musikk, this is funny julemusikk.
Enjoy!
(Sorry for the crappy Norwegian interjections there, I'm bored.)

Now the night is here,
Snow is falling down,
stairs are showing the way,
to xmas peace,
They gather, all the people you know with a hope
for peace on earth.
xmas night, stairs are alight.
And we're eating sacred skin...
I'll let you translate the rest :P

Yeah, I've listened to it quite a few times. I usually have the captions up because I still don't speak the language. Even though I spent about a week on NRK.no because I was bored in Spanish class.

I'm quite certain I could teach you the basics of norwegian in a week or so :P

I'm sure you could, I can somehow get the accent better* than the Spanish one. Dunno maybe my heritage helps with that!
*Accent is still terrible but it's better than what my, uh, Spanish "accent" is.

Well, people tend to ask me if I was born in Ireland and grew up in Sydney :P Accent is just a thing now, not important at all :)

Ha, true. People used to ask me if I was English, apparently I had a bit of an English accent when I spoke when I was younger..

so I take it, the lyrics are very strange. I don't know Norwegish. Pretty sure it is a mutated German, like English.

I guess I'll just answer YES. :P

No, we're better than the Germans. I'd say it's a mix between Norse, English, and German.

Better? Nein :)

Ja, Norge er nummer 1!
*I think that's right. I don't really know the language. Also Vikings bitch.*

The big question is... Why is your beer so outrageously expensive?
![]() 12/05/2014 at 19:09 |

Because we're rich?

All that oil money. I was just curious, my dad was in Norway last year for NATO stuff, and he told me a pint was $17.
