After an after hours partial restoration process of months my 1988 Peugeot 205 GTI is almost done. One Lucas (what could possibly go wrong) drum brake, a license plate bulb and a wax, and it's ready to go! Review coming up soon too. My mechanic sent me this picture just now. Excited is an appropriate way to describe how I feel right now.
I'll get the drum at !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , who've got a large supply of donor 205s.
Next project car: !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

Well, I didn't post much. This started it all, and then there was this . I believe that was about it. My mechanic has had the car for 3.5 months now. He's been working on it in his spare time, and I couldn't blame him for giving priority to the broken heater in his home.

... and you have a 406 coupe, pretty little thing. Can't wait to see the end results.
