I got a car from a local dealership some time ago that used that EXACT jingle, only the dealership name was swapped.

I live in the DC area, and have to admit that I enjoy these.
Even though the use local and D-list celebrities in their ads, they have to have some sort of decent ad budget.
Whenever I see these, I wonder how shortly before shooting began that they saw the script/heard the song.
Seems like there is no rehearsal at all.
