Am I the only one that thinks the CGI of the T1000 from 1991 Terminator 2 looked better than the CGI of him in this trailer?

Is this supposed to negate T2? It seems like it takes place after T1 but with no mention of the event of the second one.

Judging by Arnie's look I'd say Skynet managed to incorporate the aging gene.

I can see what you mean. A lot of CGI now is so hyper realistic it looks too good and thus more fake.

Good question, sure seems like it though. They use the "time john sent you to no longer exist" right in the trailer to negate all the conflicts with previous movies.

I think they said in an interview that the skin over the metal skeleton is actually organic and will age.

Hmmm. I'm not sure about this movie. I'll still watch it, but I'm just not sure...

Yeah I'm pretty much in the same boat, nothing will ever come close to T2. With that all ready in mind ill still go see this just for the entertainment.

I'm so excited for this

A Terminator movie that doesn't show the war is a GTFO for me, everytime. So tired of this. How we win the war...or leave it alone.

haha, yeah lots of deja vu here. It is about time we see the end...for real.
