I love being both a Mazda owner and a Miata owner. :)
THIS IS NOW A MIATA THREAD. Post photos of the Miatas you've owned, driven, raced, crashed, lost, and/or dreamed about in comments below.

My 2nd and current car. I don't have a name for her yet. I hope to keep her forever. How does one receive these emails from Mazda?

This is my 2002 NB. Bought in Shreveport, Louisiana for $11,000 in April 2012 with 41,405 miles on the odometer. I'm the third owner; the first sold to upgrade to a Porsche, the second sold to move to a new town with a new wife. It's now in Denver, Colorado with me and it has 79,943 miles on the odometer.
Emerald Mica
6-speed
Torsen LSD
Ohlins Road & Track coilovers
Black 15x7.5 6UL wheels with BFG Rivals for autocross duty
Shortly after purchase
One of my first autocrosses
The car came with these neat little storage pockets. I actually use them.
At my last autocross, on the 6UL wheels I picked up.

What a beaut! I plan on keeping mine forever, too. It's way too special to let go.
Here's a link:

They hardly ever send me emails, so when I saw this in my inbox it caught my eye.

'97 Miata M Edition. Mostly stock with addition of Flyin' Miata sway bars, springs and shocks. The ND is very tempting. Can I buy one and still keep my NA or does that make me a polygamist?

Very nice! I think you can keep your NA when you buy an ND; Miatas love company!
