Found a Volvo 144s for sale in the parking lot at work today. Would you pay $2,900 for it?
Contains rotary???
...nope.
I say CP. It's obviously been repainted, and very poorly at that. Around all the windows and trim the paint looked like the picture above.
Were it a manual with good paint I'd be willing to shell out nearly three large for it, but it's not so:

I should note that I live in an area with highly inflated car prices. You won't find anything running for less than $1,000.

Shoulda sold my corolla up there then. I still have lots of better things to spend 3K on. Like getting my truck repainted.

If that were a P1800, I'd say jump on that like a thing jumping on another thing...but for this - even with the inflated market - just not feeling it...
