You'd have to really love coffee and really hate going out to get it, of just have pile of money to burn. I used to work for the ultra rich they would drop $20,000 like buying a cup of coffee. If they had a machine like this I wouldn't be allowed to tell you as I had to sign non-disclosure forms to work for them.

Mine is black no sugar, but if I had one of these I might branch out. For now, it's just a French Press - the best way to do it in my opinion.
