My grandfather, who was 6'5ish, IIRC, once had a Honda Civic as a rental on a business trip in the late 70s (his Town Car was in the shop, because mid-70s Lincoln). Safe to say, the only way he fit was by taking out the driver's seat and sitting in the back. He wound up scaring the hell out of a server in a drive-thru on the way home!
