My Ranger is 9 years older than your taurus and it has only 14,000 more miles. Wow, I really have a gem. Sorry, I just noticed how low my mileage is.

That's some damn low miles for a Ranger. Seriously, that's impressive.
90,000 is relatively low miles, especially for a 2002 Taurus, so I'm pretty pleased with it.

You should enjoy what you drive, Im glad you like your taurus. I didnt realize how impressive my mileage was until I saw your taurus' odometer.

Well, its a good DD. Good MPGs, plenty of space, and its cheap. I obviously enjoy the 'Vette more, but the Taurus does everything I ask it to do.
Yeah, 104k on a Ranger almost unheard of. Most are at least 150k or more.

SB62's 97 ranger only has 65k miles. Now thats unheard of.

My Ram 50 is 5 years older than your Ranger and has 12,000 less miles. Neener neener neener.

Sell it before you hit 140k miles. These had transmission issues. Basically, up until they quit making the Taurus, you'd figure about 140k is all a FWD Ford automatic was good for.

I'm considering it. I've heard plenty of other shit that dies around 100k. I would love to sell it and get a cheap truck or something, so I could have extra cash for the 'Vette. Thing is, it was my grandmother's car. She left it to me, and I don't know if my mother would let me sell it, since there is emotional attachment to it. Plus, I would hate to see it get trashed, since it is mint compared to most Tauruses.
