Whenever I'm in my truck with the Heat or AC on for more than 5 minutes my throat itches and I start sneezing. I have horrendous seasonal allergies. I think the HVAC filter is clogged with pollen or something. Can I just wash it out or do I have to replace it. Also, Where would it be in my truck (paging TheLoudMusic). I really love this truck and I don't want to have to get rid of it because its making me sick.

There doesn't seem to be a cabin air filter for the Ranger. from the same thread I found, stuff could clogging up the the air intake.

got tools and a free weekend? you could always disassemble the whole dash and clean out ALL the duct work. it's a shitload of work but it makes a huge difference. my first car was way used and previously owned by a smoker. i had the same problem until my dad and i cleaned out the whole thing.
