As in one that just seems like it should have been made years ago, not as a current new offering.
My vote has to go to the new Mitsubishi Mirage.
I mean, that design looks like something that would've been built in 2005 at the latest. The most modern features it has is an infotainment system, CVT, and push-button start. It also can be equipped with a 5-speed manual, but not a six. It puts out an asthmatic 74hp/74 lb-ft of torque with a 0-60 of forever. I mean, it is cheap, light, and efficient, but it's just so horribly outdated. I mean, rear drum brakes? That's pretty sad.
What's your pick?

Toyota Tacoma or Nissan Frontier. It has to be those. Each design is like what, 10 years old?
The Veyron is pretty old.
Also, a lot of small cars use drum brakes on the rear. The Sonic, Cruze, Focus, Fiesta.. just to name a couple.

All that + unchanged since 2007.
Jeep Compass or Patriot for bonus points.

The Frontier got a new engine, interior, and exterior in 2010, but I had forgotten how old it was!

Yeah, those are pretty old designs. Even the Ridgeline is up there. I think the Veyron gets a little bit of a pass, because even though it's outdated, it still isn't bland, and is still an attention grabber. And yeah, I know smaller cars tend to use rear drums, but it just seems like old technology. I can't imagine it would cost much more to implement rear discs, and it shouldn't take much engineering to do it either. I think it'd be a pretty simple swap. I've never attempted a drum-to-disc swap, but I don't think it would be that bad.

Yeah, it hasn't been changed really, but it did receive a mild refresh, which makes it look a tad better. Journey is kind of the same story. Still the worst car in Dodge's lineup. I know that they were kind of going for a mini-Charger silhouette with the Avenger, but yeah, it really hasn't aged well, despite the refresh.

FYI, shitloads of cars come with rear drum brakes. The front brakes are the only one doing any real work on most small passenger cars. And there really isn't any point in putting a six speed transmission in something with such a small amount of power.
All that being said, I agree that the Mirage feels incredibly dated. But that's exactly what I loved about it. It's like stepping into a time machine that brings you back to a simpler time.

When looked at that way, that's an excellent point. It doesn't have them because it doesn't need them. It's intentionally simple, I suppose.
And also, yeah, I can imagine that it would be like stepping back into a simpler time. I guess that's why I'm so partial to late '90s-early '00s vehicles. It's the time I grew up in, and it fits me. Sometimes simple can be a good thing.

Tacoma and Yaris. Accord and Civic. Frontier, Maxima, Rouge, Armada, XTerra, Pathfinder, and Murano. Oh. And if they count, any work van. The E series, Savana, etc etc. Since those haven't changed since 1980. Not that it really matters anyway but throwing them under the bus too ;)

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person for miles around who knows how to work on drum brakes. Makes me feel good to know they are still putting them on something. Do they still build anything with a carburetor?

I'd say the Defender's a good contender. The design can be traced directly back to the original Series Land Rover, and if you accept the 110/90/Defender as an evolution of that model, then it could be said to have been in production continuously for 67 years. If not, then the run's a comparatively paltry 31 years.

G500, so expensive and so horrible.

It has changed. The interior was completely updated, it got new engines, and a new transmission.

It's a chihuahua in car form. It's just got that "I'm trying to look kind of aggressive" style, that it fails at, and ends up just being cute.

It was going good until I saw this
Its ugly and poor design language, curvy at the front and back and flat and boxy on the sides. Seriously all they had to do was round the rear corners!

Wait. They still sell Avengers?

2014 is the last year, so you can still find them on dealer lots.

Does it still count if people somewhere on Earth can buy it? Because the 2014 Qishi S12 is still basically the 1984 Jeep Cherokee.

Wow. No kidding. It really is. I looked up some stuff on it. The interior is at least a little more modern than the outward appearance would suggest. And for some odd reason, from the front, the headlights almost give it a Ford Ranger vibe.

A 1936 design that recieved it's last major cosmetic facelift in 1955? I'd say that counts.
