I'm suppose to have a one slide ppt. I think this works right?

"Introduction to University" class?

Basically a easy 1 credit gpa booster "How to be a proper engineer" course.

So....we will be working at the same place then.

Haha, sure. I actually would love to work as an engineer in pretty much any motorsports setting. I just wish I knew people in the industry.

I thought actual engineering courses were supposed to teach you how to be a proper engineer, but I obviously don't possess the infallible logic of a university director.

"I have a presentation tomorrow on what I want to do when I grow up"
I weep for the future.
They made me do that in 7th grade.
In College? Oof!

Well the theory of my university is to make classes either stupid hard or stupid in general the first year as to weed out as many people as possible.

I feel your pain, my goal is to end up in the motorsports industry as well

That's who I intend on working for as well. Did you look in to the motorsports engineering course at IUPUI?

Nope

You should give it a look. It's a lot more focused than a general mechanical engineering degree. Things like aerodynamics and engine design. It's the course I'm starting next school year.

If that's the actual slide you're using, it's a good way to weed out the F1 fans in your class, since those are two different car.

Yep! Haha, but I figured the cut away Sauber from a few years ago would be a good inclusion to show off some of the engineering that has gone into the cars... and the FW36 is there just to look great.
