I'll be honest, I was completely drinking the Kool-Aid of the GT350, and was prepared to buy less of a house to have one. But I decidedly expected the engine to be a little better dressed than this.
"What should we do with all these wires, Frank?"
"Just throw em in behind the coolant tank we found at AutoZone, that should do the job."

Ehh, sometimes the most effective engines are the least wonderful to look at. Also, I'm sure there will be lots of aftermarket stuff to dress it up. I still want one badly, and I've always pretty much disliked Mustangs.

I like the bare bones engine compartment, plus it saves just a little bit of weight! That coolant tank kills me though, it's designed so it's easier to see the fluid inside, but still! They should be a grayish color for final production like the other 15's.

Its a hell of a lot better than this shit. I honestly don't understand what the deal is with plastic engine covers. What's the point?

Is that crooked placed black box to the left a fuse box found in early 90's Fords?

All the covers must of vibrated off from the flat planeyness.
Welcome to the world of function over form. May not be pretty, but its fun.

I'd be okay with this, it's at the least more symmetrical
