Last Saturday morning was epic!!!
Both the huge KLM and the Air China 777 fly right over my head back to back. Soooo LOUD!

from the deck of my St. Maarten condo. All I do is sit there with a case of beer and watch planes land and take off. Got some good videos too somewhere I will find. This is the famous beach for the flyovers. My condo is the very closest to the end of the runway

I'm jelly. I live about 3-5 miles from John Wayne, so I get to see take-off. Whenever we go somewhere, we park in the lot where 737s fly right overhead, pretty low:

You know what's crazy about that though? Some people hate that. They'll think "Ughh it's too loud!"
Who cares if it's too loud, watching planes up close is badass!

they stop running at 10...if you go to sleep at 9 on a vacation you should give your vaca to someone more deserving!

My residence building is about 4 kilometres away from the Pearson International Airport in Toronto. Every three to five minutes a plane flies overhead because we are lined up with one of the runways.

Nah. It's open 24/7. Less traffic at night maybe, but it never stops completely.

I think 530 a week for a 3 bedroom with a kitchen and a 1400 sq ft private deck with hot tub where I shot those from
