"Drivers may be caught off guard." The temperatures have been dropping since August. Caught off guard?!?! Nevertheless, people are indeed caught off guard, every year, and it blows my mind. Almost as much as people who spin off a highway off-ramp in a snowstorm in MARCH. Like, it's been snowing regularly for months now, and this is like, the sharpest corner you'll see all day. WTF.
