Some joker or gaggle of whackers stole the decklid badge off my GTV6 while the paint was still not totally cured, taking with it a fair bit of silver. I also managed to chip some on the front lip of the hood while adjusting it a few months ago. Dumb move. Needs to be fixed because it bugs the hell out of me to see primer.
Anyways, I found what seems to be a solidly reviewed and well liked YouTube tutorial on how to repair your own paint. I have a paint shop here than can mix a 12 oz can of AR514 paint, and I already have all of the necessary hardware.
So, anything I should know beyond what's presented below? Or just do it, and if I eff it up find someone who can help or keep trying until it works out? I mean, I used to rattle can Tamiya model kits with good success back in the day. How hard could it be?
