Where can a brother get those wheels and that bumper?!

EDIT: The wheels are Motegi Racing MR221 Traklites. They're around $500 - $700 a piece.

That price is immoral.

They look like these only painted or maybe dirty? Only reason I recognize them is because I have them. if so I'm claiming all the cool points and was the inspiration for him to choose those.

It's different. You're talking about the pre-facelift/widebody WRX and STI. It wouldn't fit 2011 - 2014 cars.
