When listing who has recommended a post, Nibbles doesn't use the Oxford comma, likely because everyone at Gawker Media was educated !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Nor does it use the conjunction "and." The result is the last two usernames listed look like one long username. This makes no sense, Nibbles. Stop.

->Immediately requires people recommend this post in numbers >3, expressly to annoy you.

Nibbles puts an "and" between the last two for me, so I forgive the lack of Oxford comma.
Not sure why you don't have the conjunction...

Not only do I omit commas vis-a-vis conjunctions—this sentence being an example—but I also avoid conjunctions altogether in lists. And why not shun general overuse of commas while we're at it? I think James Thurber once threatened to strangle an editor who, after arguing with him about the need for an additional comma in his piece, inserted it on the sly anyway.
I count among my friends here For Sweden, thymm, Dusty Ventures, many others.
I never use commas before the word "too" and I tend to subscribe to the Cormac McCarthy School of Combining Logical Words Together to Avoid Overuse of Hyphens and Spaces. Think of the saved space. We need to conserve it. Imagine if we wasted whitespace like so much cyberspace spoilt by ridiculous catpictures. Perish. The. Thought. I would never use punctuation like that either.
That's a fine new Macklemore haircut you have there and a such a hip bowtie too.

Agreed. Speaking of things that annoy, annoyance follows:
"Agree."
Holy shit, if we are in agreement feel free to add the missing letters "I" or "D," as in "I agree" or "agreed."

You had initially misspelled "weird" as "wierd" in the headline, which I found particularly ironic in a post about grammar.

Ask the editor is great, they have tons of great videos. I initially joined as an etymology nerd but all of the little nuances of English are fascinating.

I have a link to Etymology Online on my home screen. I'm a word origin nut, and word nut in general.

That list of safety schools doesn't include UNCW. It is invalid. Literally everybody in New Jersey knows that it's a safety school. I know that everybody from New Jersey knows this because they're all down here at UNCW.
