I've got a lot of experience working in IT staffing. This is definitely an Indian company, but not quite how you describe. They're what I call an H1 shop. Basically, they recruit a bunch of Indian dudes from India to come work in the US on H1B visas, sponsor the visas, bring them over, then ship them around to various companies looking to hire cheap contracted IT workers, or subcontract them through other staffing firms.
Also, their website is a delicious graphical treat, with a bouncing slogan:
PUTTING THOUGHTS INTO ACTION

Dude this has been the majority of my experience looking for jobs in communications. Anything that seems too good to be true and is listed as an entry-level gig to boot is probably some grunt sales work that they get away with calling "marketing and communications." EXCITING OPPORTUNITY! WORK FOR BEST COMPANY IN TOWN! BE YOUR OWN BOSS!

Is the ram chasing him? Is he leading the ram to safety? Did he set fire to the ram and is running away?
I have no idea what these people do.
