Automotive related.
1. AMC Ambassador, super clean. Missing hubcaps. Brown.
2. Lowered Integra, custom plates 2LOW4WI. It was not that low. Touche.
3. VW Golf, going at LEAST 80-90 in heavy traffic. Asshat.
4. Broken down semi tractor, hood tilted open, with two similar makes and models piggy backed on it, sans front wheels. They were all red. Can't the driver just rob parts needed from the other trucks?

4. Probably not his tractors. Let owner deal with breakdown. Bet he wishes one of the other tractors was the power unit.
