And I hate ordering anything without it.
I ordered the Neoprene facemask listed on !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! because I figured why not. It's only a buck and change with free shipping and I've been known to be found outside in the winter for more than an hour straight. I checked the confirmation in my e-mail and saw the estimated delivery date.

I've been buying stuff on Amazon less now that they started charging sales tax in my state (Wisconsin). I've actually been getting stuff from Best Buy (I know, right?) somewhat frequently—at least if it's the same price or better than Amazon.

Neoprene face mask? I say no, time to grow your winter beard.

I actually have an all the time beard that I shave and grow new once a quarter. When you're out in the element for extended periods of time though a beard just doesn't cut it.

I dunno, I don't even have a beard and I spend lots of time outside in the winter. Facemasks bug the crap out of me.

They bug the crap out of me too but if you ever go for really long extended parts of time they become worth it. I lived in the country eight miles from town and got laid off from my job when the economy crashed and work was already hard to find in my small town before that and when that happened it became impossible. We got foodstamps from the government but we still had to get to the store. I would put on sweatpants under my jeans, two pairs of socks with my boots, a hoody with my Carhart, a tobogan and a gaiter with some gloves. It was about a 2 hour walk uphill both ways, kidding it was only uphill one way. I would take a military duffle on my back and fill it up and walk back with it. It sucked but the right clothes made it bearable. The trick for me with a face mask is you don't wear it constantly, you go back and forth.

Wow. That sounds tough. Glad you made it through.

It wasn't terrible but it taught me to value certain things like when certain items are needed for winter wear or how much you start hating canned goods, even chef boyardee.
