Because this is only a matter of time...
Looks like I'll be needing rear brakes soon, too, once I got the wheels off. Oh bother.

Do you run studs?
![]() 11/05/2014 at 13:53 |

Damn, I meant studs :P but same same. We had 2" of snow a few weeks ago, melted within the hour :(

I just put my snow tires from my last car up on craigslist. I'm hoping the fact that it's November in Wisconsin will make for a quick sale.

Maybe open your freezer and use a fan to blow the cold air outdoors?

HAH, great idea :) BRB.

You could plant ice cubes in the yard so they'd grow into snow drifts.

Hehe, dude.. you're full of ideas. I LOVE IT, pretty sure my neighbours won't though :P

SOON! I looked at my summer tires. So borked. Need new winters!

Tis the season! I ordered some new summer rubber too since they are on sale. Everyone's buying winter tires, so the 3 season stuff goes cheap.

And...I just got an email from a potential buyer. Pretty good for just putting them up on CL last night.

Nice! I saw the forecast for the next week, and figured since we're going to get cold enough for snow, and there's rain, I might as well be prepared. Someone else must have thought the same thing..... I can't wait till AFTER the first snow, the amount of customers calling begging for snow tires is always fun to deal with, especially since most popular sizes will be sold out by then.
