I played a few games like it:
1) Orion: C-64 game where you (imagine that) programmed tanks to do battle with each other. It was super fun. In a learning sort of way.
2) Robosport. 90s game, same concept, minus the programming. Meh.
3) Frozen synapse: from a few years back, multiplayer, program (without coding) your players to move, cover locations, respond to threats, etc.

Yeah, it's the programming I'm kind of in need of help with. i can't figure out how to change the color of the damn tank. i can't find the RGB values or where to put them in the code to make it work! All my googles have yielded were not what I needed!
