That's nonsense. I know people who don't use any of those things unless they can find vegan versions, at least excluding the building materials. And they may live in buildings built with those, but they don't have to like it.
All vegans except complete loonies* will admit that it's right to kill an animal to preserve a human life, say, so it's not an absolute 'I don't harm animals' stance, but 'I don't want to harm animals'.
*The existence of 'vegan cheese' does make it hard to argue that there are non-loony vegans, but all things are relative.

I pretty much just stopped eating carbs and grains and dairy. MEAT. and Veggies. AND MEAT again. And then leefs. And gym time. I feel good. -15 lbs

1/3 meals out: A Chipotle Bowls no dairy. B Five guys no bun no cheese extra patty. C stuff from grocery store, berries and shit.
2/3 of meals at home: all cooked veggies and meat and stuff.
almond milk for any milk needs.

If he needed to be gluten free for medical reasons, like I do. Then hed be educated and know what is gluten free by nature. He wouldnt need a gluten free menu
