Anything at all. What's the most South Carolina way to get around?
Why do I ask, you say? Because I'm tired of hearing that the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! is the Ford F-Series. I'm more interested in what the best vehicle for the state should be.
Also, if you think the most South Carolina vehicle happens to be the F-Series, then by all means put it down.
And as always...
Choose wisely!
This is !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , a year-long 51-part series of Opposodes where I gather Oppositelock's view of America in the form of cars.

Easy answer: F-series (no older than 10th generation, 9th gen and older are in junkyard/beaten to death/rusted away) and Silverado/C10 trucks (except there are surprising amount of 80s-generation trucks still kicking alive and well).
Ender's answer: Miata with optional hardtop for winter.

I would say an F-250 (F-150 isn't quite big enough to not haul stuff in), or a sedan riding on one donut spare at full speed on the interstate. No state inspections = lots of donut spares.

Pedro's is one of the sketchiest places I've ever been.

My girlfriend is from SC. Her parents only buy Toyota (and Lexus) now. Her dad tried some other brands here and there but always goes back to Toyota trucks for work.

A car with a cruse control that automatically sets itself to 1 MPH below the speed limit at every speed trap.

I know what you mean, but I think it seems more sketchy than it really is. Even though the intentionally campy Googie style architecture gives it a sort of charm that's best conveyed in pictures, I still feel safe enough to get out of my car.

Eh, I was there at night and it looked like junkie central. It was dirty as fuck as well.

It's a lot different at night, for sure. It's got that eeriness to it when there's hardly anyone there, but you feel like someone is watching you. And you're out in the middle of nowhere, next to a highway bringing who knows what kind of people from who knows where.
It's too bad it doesn't have a more welcoming vibe to it, because the place is one of the — if not the — most iconic pit stops in the US.

Indeed it is.
