When it is raining, snowing, hailing, drizzling, or otherwise precipitating enough that you need your windshield wipers on, even if it's light out, turn on your goddamn headlights.
It's a safety thing. Just as much as you need to see other cars, they need to see you too.
TL;DR (seriously? It's like 3 fucking sentences.)
WIPERS ON, LIGHTS ON!

its the law here! I have all lights on when driving anyways...couple extra bulbs over the life of the car is worth it for the extra visibility!

I know it was the law back in New Jersey and I'm almost positive it's a law in Germany as well. But for some reason here in Ohio people don't do it.

In Canada we have daytime running lights, so I think I always have mine on? (I'm pretty sure the auto setting turns then on when I'm in gear.

Auto setting does the trick, that's what I keep the FiST on back home!
