Another rare non-automotive post. I do a version of !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , except after blasting it at 450, I go low and slow the next 30 minutes or so. Serve with asparagus.

Oh, and get a meat thermometer. Chicken is done when its 165F inside. I feel much safer checking ... of course, rare that you'd get food poisoning, but belt and suspenders people.

Used to eat at the Rickshaw Dumpling truck every Wednesday - there were there at 52nd and Lexington. So sad when they went away. Chicken Thai Basil Dumplings - the best.
