I havent seen this over on Kotaku yet and I know many of us are avid gamers. So, here is a game that may have defined many of us.

This might make me want to buy an Xbox One, or steal my roommate's.

Halo 2 was high school for me. I remember having a pre-order with Electronics Boutique (yeah, the game stop clone you'd always see across from Game Stops in the mall) for at least a year. It was a tiny receipt you could barely read but they held my copy after the game was delay a few dozen times.

I am so excited for this game (or games) to come out! I'm never going to stop playing it, especially with Halo 2's forge mode. That looks incredible!

F%)^g microsoft and their lack of windows game support.

Oh boo hoo.
![]() 10/30/2014 at 14:30 |

Boo hoo indeed, since the first two were released on PC and Microsoft owns windows. I will never own an xbox so it's pretty lame.

Halo 1 was Xbox one Launch title and PC as well. Halo 2 Vista didn't get launched till like Halo 3 was out, also Games Ford Windows is Dead. Move along.

Games for windows are dead? You mean games for windows live? Or games in general? I don't see why they couldn't just sell it on the microsoft store or through steam, it's not difficult...
![]() 10/30/2014 at 14:42 |

Ya windows live
![]() 10/30/2014 at 14:44 |
|
Solution is steam.
![]() 10/30/2014 at 14:48 |
|
steam = ripoff
![]() 10/30/2014 at 14:55 |
|
Ripoff? How so?
![]() 10/30/2014 at 15:12 |

they screw over a lot of Indy devs
![]() 10/30/2014 at 15:14 |
|
Maybe, but Microsoft isn't indy.

I bought a Xbox Controller S just so I could play Halo 2 multiplayer, even though I didn't own an Xbox.
I'm pretty sure I knew the layout of Coagulation as well as my house.

And? Just get an Xbox One
![]() 10/30/2014 at 16:05 |

I am not paying money for a console to get one series of games.

I saw this yesterday on GameInformer's site. I was firmly in the "No buying an Xbox One" camp until then. Now I'm really tempted to pick one up. I haven't played a Halo game since Reach came out :/
![]() 10/30/2014 at 20:43 |

There is also a whole slew of games you can get
![]() 10/30/2014 at 20:44 |
|
Well here is your chance to play all 4 of them on one disc!
![]() 10/30/2014 at 22:07 |

But halo would be the only one. It is a waste when I already have a gaming computer.

Been there. I remember laboring over Halo 3 legendary with my asshole friend. He's an asshole, but it sure was a bonding experience.
