I found someone's Ford Fusion they captured with Autodesk 123D Catch and it wasn't a very nice capture, but it'll do for now. I removed the crap around the model and bam. GIF'd.

Why does it look soggy?

Autodesk 123D Catch makes it look like that. :(

If there were colored post-it notes on the roof and trunk and glass then the program would have had reference points. As it is, there is just a gradient of color that changes depending on angle, further fucking the program. I keep meaning to get some post it notes on the murdersofa so I can get a decent mesh out of it.

You should then code it into GTA 4

That was the plan, but I couldn't figure out how to do anything with the 123D Catch mesh :/

you have to use 3ds max or zmodeler

I figured, but I'm not familiar enough with 3DS Max to know wtf to do to make it a viable GTA-compatible mesh. Meh.

Well if you ever figure it out, let me know, I want the murder sofa in my GTA game. I'm thinking it could replace the Marbella. Right now the Marbella is a 1998 town car in my game and I'm kinda bored of it

Is that model really based on couple of photos? If it is that is pretty impressive.

It's based off like 20+ photos.

Interesting. Maybe the model would be better if the body lines would less curvy and easier to "see".
