I finally heard back from one of the places I interviewed with today. They want me to start in two weeks!

I wish I had a break. I'm working right up until weekend before I start. The best I can hope for is that the Friday before they expect nothing from me.

Thanks! I was looking like that earlier when I realized I could throw a wrench into the company's plans. They didn't plan on me leaving prior to the lay-off date.

Thanks! With the pending lay-off I was facing here, I was really scared I would not find something before then. I've never been jobless since I started working.

Thanks! I'll be a tier one IT support person doing all the basic stuff. Kind of a step back, but it gets me back in the field.
